For beauty and wellness businesses, a listing costs $149 per year and includes a 12-month profile on the platform. There are no booking fees, service fees or commissions, as all bookings are made directly through your existing booking system.

AIR BEAUTY welcomes beauty, wellness and self-care businesses across a wide range of categories, including Hair, Nails, Lashes & Brows, Skin, Waxing, Makeup, Tanning, Injectables, Teeth Whitening & Gems, Spa & Massage, Body Treatments, Tattoo & PMU, Pilates, Holistic Therapies, IV & Wellness, Fitness, Bridal Services, Mobile Services and Barbering & Men's Grooming.
We accept retail, home-based and mobile businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.

I'm a stylist working within a salon. Can I join AIR BEAUTY even if I don't have my own business?

Yes. If you're a stylist working or operating within a salon and have your own social media presence , you can create your own profile on AIR BEAUTY. Simply add your preferred booking link so clients can discover and book directly with you.

Do I need to regularly check my salon profile?

Accepted Answer

No. Once your profile is set up, it will remain live for 12 months on the AIR BEAUTY app for clients to discover. However, we recommend checking your profile from time to time to ensure your business information, contact details, booking links, services, portfolio images and social media links are up to date. Keeping your profile current helps provide the best experience for potential clients and can increase bookings.

Can my customers leave reviews?

Not at the moment. AIR BEAUTY currently focuses on helping clients discover beauty and wellness businesses and connect directly through your existing booking system. However, customer reviews are a feature we're actively working on and hope to introduce in a future update.

How do I purchase a promo highlight?

Accepted Answer

Promo Highlights are currently unavailable while we make improvements to this feature. We plan to reintroduce them in a future update, giving businesses another way to increase visibility within the AIR BEAUTY app.

Can I see how many people are using my salon page for bookings?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. We are currently developing an analytics feature that will provide businesses with insights into profile views, engagement and booking activity. We look forward to making this available in a future update.
